A balanced life is a happier life.

We often throw every bit of our energy and focus on the issue that gives us the most grief. Prioritizing the changes we want to manifest makes sense, and we believe that we will have the greatest effect on our happiness level if we concentrate only on fixing the biggest problem. But when we do this, we risk losing sight of the beauty and goodness that our life holds today. This actually LOWERS our satisfaction level.

Each week starting on Monday, My Best Always members do a deep dive into one area of life. That means that every 12 weeks, about once every three months, you'll spend a little time examining how this area contributes to your personal vision of success.

Activities for the week include:

- checking in with your goal for this area to make sure it's still a true goal based on where you are today and tweaking it as necessary;
- doing a gap analysis to determine the changes that need to happen to move you a baby step or three closer to that goal;
- crafting a small action plan that supports making one or more of those changes.

You can continue to work diligently on your personal current highest priority while raising your awareness in a different area each week. Simply being aware fosters change without any other action on your part. Whether your primary goal is building your business' marketing plan, improving your health, or strengthening your financial picture, you will find that allowing yourself to step back and take a broader view every now and then will increase your overall satisfaction level.

We're all starting from the same place -- exactly wherever we happen to be today. Our work together here will allow you to confidently move closer to your personal vision of success while enjoying the abundance of life at the moment. It also supports you as you continue to grow and evolve by keeping your goals fresh and current.

You are enough right now. It's possible to believe that and simultaneously strive for improvement.
